About me

I am Saeed Soltani, the current manager of European tsunami risk service (ETRiS), part of the tsunami Thematic Core Service of the European Plate Observing System (EPOS). I hold a Ph.D. from Université Grenoble Alpes and the International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology, specializing in 3D modeling of sedimentary basins and physics-based seismic ground motion simulations with implications for seismic risk assessment. My current research is about the agent-based modeling for tsunami risk analysis.
